This app is more than your typical "Stations app" or pamphlet. Each station meditatively guides us on the Via Dolorosa, beautifully read (prayed) by the different voices. With the beautiful "traditional" pictures and the more modern pictures, you can pause on each station to meditate as long as you want--I love this feature. For those who want to pray the Stations on a commute or a walk, there is an audio version that plays all the way through without stopping. And the "slideshow" option is a wonderful way to reflect on the stations when you only have couple of minutes. This app can truly enhance our prayer.
I love the listening feature and the two options for artwork! Thank you sisters!! Very well thought out.
I truly enjoyed this app. The pictures are beautiful. I would have liked to also see the words so I could pray along and hear the beautiful music from the slide show in the background. I found it very peaceful and it brought me closer to Jesus. Thank you.
Nice combo of images and audio quality.
This is a lovely app that I can just put on and let it play especially when Im traveling. TY for providing this!
I like the traditional images for myself but, I like the contemporary images for post first communion children.
This is will be great if the words are printed and if it the slide show have audio also..
Wow...words fail me...
Beautiful and works on my iPhone but cant get audio on iPad
beautiful reflection. Even on full volume, the audio is quiet. The male voice is especially low volume. I am hoping for a better/ louder recording in an update as I would like to listen to this app in the car .
This app is very good. The only error is that Station 8 has no VIII label on the image within the traditional version. I also dont understand the difference between the traditional version and the contemporary version. The only difference is that they use different artwork.
Beautiful pictures to meditate on but would like the title of station listed also especially for children or converts or people in general who dont have stations memorized. And especially if not able to use audio.
And offer many apps, but I would like to be able to turn the audio off and read the stations myself.
The only thing missing for me is the option to have soft meditation music while I meditate on the prayers.Thats a biggy for me. Prayers and music does wonders for my soul ! I wish the makers of these apps would get it! They would make more money!
Listening to the station of the cross and prayers that accompany them are very helpful in walking through this journey of life with Jesus.
Please add the ability to read the stations and prayers.
Let me begin by saying that the illustrations were very beautiful and the narrator had a lovely voice. However, this app is basically an audiobook. I prefer to pray slowly and meditate on each Station. That is not possible with this app. None of the Stations are labeled (just the Roman numerals) and the appropriate prayers are not printed. All there is is a fast-paced audio track. I would recommend that the Sisters take a look at the Divine Mercy app. There are virtual Rosary beads and you can pray the Chaplet at your own pace. Theres a chime for each bead but you can mute it. Better luck next time.
You cannot navigate among the stations to advance faster than the audio.
I love this app. The narration is done well. You can move through the stations at your own speed and meditate and pray before you move to the next station. I feel that I am "there" when I pray the stations. I reach out and touch each picture...and cant begin to comprehend the mystery of Gods love for us. Thank you Sisters...by the way I love your Rosary app as well...its incredible too!
